SculptMyPet creates personalised 3D sculptures and busts of pets from photos provided by the customer, using artificial intelligence. We offer digital products (print-ready 3D model files) and, where applicable, physical products (printed and shipped busts).

Placing an order may require creating an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out from your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.

Prices shown on the site are in euros and include applicable taxes (VAT) unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where applicable to physical products, are shown before checkout is completed. An order is confirmed once payment is completed through Stripe and the corresponding confirmation is received.

Sculptures are generated automatically by artificial-intelligence models from your photos. The result is an artistic, approximate interpretation of your pet: the preview shown before payment is indicative, and the final model may reasonably differ from it. The quality of the result depends largely on the quality and framing of the photos provided.

By uploading photos, you confirm that you have the right to use them and you grant us a limited licence to process them for the sole purpose of generating and delivering your sculpture. Do not upload images that infringe third-party rights or any unlawful content.

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use the 3D model file, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Reselling, mass redistribution or commercial use of the file without authorisation is not permitted. Website elements (brand, text, design) are the property of SculptMyPet.

Digital products are delivered by download or link once the model has been generated, normally shortly after purchase. Physical products are made to order and shipped to the address provided; manufacturing and shipping times are estimates and may vary.

Under consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to customised products or to digital content whose delivery or download has started with your consent. For non-personalised physical products, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw. If your order has a defect or an error attributable to us, contact us and we will find a solution (correction, reshipment or refund as appropriate).

We provide the service with the utmost diligence, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be available and error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the affected order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable consumer regulations. For any query you can write to us at contactsculptmypet@gmail.com.
