How many photos do I need?

It works with 2 photos, but we recommend 3 or 4 from different angles in good light to capture their face better.

What if I don't like the result?

You can regenerate the preview up to 2 times a day at no cost, until it looks just right.

Does it work with any breed?

Yes. It works with dogs and cats of any breed, size and coat. More pet types coming soon.

What do I get if I buy the physical bust?

A 3D-printed sculpture in your chosen size, manufactured and shipped to your address.

Can I put it outdoors or in the garden?

It's designed to be displayed indoors: on a shelf, a desk, or a side table. Matte PLA gives a beautiful finish at home, but it isn't made for permanent exposure to sun, rain, or damp. If you'd like to place it outside, get in touch and we'll advise you.

Yes. We only use them to generate your model and never share them with third parties.

Privacy Policy

At SculptMyPet (sculptmypet.es) we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why, on what legal basis, and what rights you have, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data-protection law.

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is SculptMyPet, owner of the website sculptmypet.es. For any privacy-related matter you can contact us at contactsculptmypet@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

We only process the data needed to provide the service:

Account data: email address and login credentials (securely handled by our authentication provider).
Photos of your pet that you upload to generate the 3D sculpture.
Order and billing data: name, shipping address and details of the product purchased.
Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your full card numbers.
Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, and anonymous or aggregated browsing statistics.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Create and manage your account and process your orders (performance of the contract).
Generate the 3D sculptures from your photos and deliver the result (performance of the contract).
Process payments through Stripe (performance of the contract and legal obligation).
Send you communications related to your order, such as confirmations and status updates (performance of the contract).
Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
Improve the website and analyse its use in aggregate form (legitimate interest).

4. Data retention

We keep your data while you maintain an active account and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, invoices must be retained for several years under tax and commercial regulations). Uploaded photos are kept for as long as needed to generate and deliver your sculpture, and you may request their deletion at any time.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell your data. We share information, only as necessary, with providers acting as data processors:

Stripe (payment processing).
Supabase (database hosting, authentication and file storage).
Vercel (website hosting and traffic analytics).
Resend (sending transactional emails related to your order).
AI 3D-generation providers, used to create the sculpture from your images.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to contactsculptmypet@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use technical cookies that are necessary for the site to work (for example, to keep your session and cart active) and analytics tools that collect data in aggregate form to understand how the site is used. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encryption in transit, access control and database-level security policies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The current version will always be published on this page, showing the date it was last updated.
